Fifth appointment of Mountain for All Tastes at Rifugio Colle del Lys.

A spectacular view of the mountains of Valle Viù, combined with the simplicity of mountain cuisine: this is Rifugio Colle del Lys.

For Saturday March 7, at lunch, we bring to the table a menu that highlights the ingredients of our Alpine tradition.

Such as toma del lait brusc, a cheese with a bold flavor that tells the story of mountain dwellers of the past. Such as polenta flour from ancient Piedmontese corn, rustic and intense, stone-ground just as it once was. And we cannot forget the torcetti di Lanzo, biscuits strictly handmade according to the ancient folk tradition of these valleys.

  • Appetizer: flan with toma del lait brusc
  • First course: venison ravioli with alpine butter
  • Main course: polenta from ancient Piedmontese corn with deer stew
  • Dessert: bavarian cream with torcetti di Lanzo
