Program:
4:30 PM: Meeting at the Cossiglia sports hall.
5:00 PM: 📝Registration/accreditation and refreshment booking with distribution of bibs and Montagna per tutti gadgets;
6:30 PM: Departure of the excursion along the nature trail;
🚶♀️🚶♂️ The route will wind partly along the Nature trail along the Stura river and partly along ancient paths, used in the past as main communication routes. Participants will be able to admire the woods, listen to the silence, and observe the river as it flows slowly downstream.
8:15 PM: End of the walk/snowshoe hike and return to the Cossiglia facility;
8:30 PM: 🍽️Polenta with stew or concia (appetizer, dessert, and wine included) for €15.00 at the Cossiglia sports hall
📍 Booking for the polenta dinner is mandatory at the time of registration, booking by February 13 is appreciated;
📍 Free for children up to 5 years old;
📍Discounted to €10.00 for children from 6 to 10 years old.
❗ It is recommended to wear clothing and boots or shoes suitable for trekking, possibly on snow. Trekking or ski poles are recommended (not provided by the organization)
🔦 A light is recommended to illuminate the path. A headlamp is useful
👉 The event will take place regardless of weather conditions. The itinerary will be defined close to the date based on the conditions of the path. In case of snow, an itinerary for snowshoeing will be provided.
