Cheese lovers, a gourmet dinner designed just for you awaits on March 14 at the Grand Hotel Ala di Stura.

A menu created to showcase a key ingredient of Alpine tradition: cheese. Because in the Lanzo Valleys, cheesemaking is art and tradition, culture and identity.

Modern and traditional recipes meet, leaving room for influences that lead from our valleys on a journey through the rest of Italy. The most iconic cheeses of these mountains will be featured: such as Toma and Blu di Lanzo, but also Chevrin, a product of excellence that tells a long-standing story of mountain pastures and highlanders.
