Penultimate event of the Valli di Lanzo food and wine series

Saturday, April 18, 6:00 PM, at Locanda Fermata Alpi Graie, the chef will be ready to amaze you with a selection of his dishes, paired with an exclusive tasting of labels from Cantine Balbiano, a winery from the Chieri area producing Freisa.

Here are the dishes you will enjoy during the evening:

  • Tartà, "savory pudding" with onion, served with Toma fondue, according to an ancient Piedmontese recipe
  • Panna cotta with black and white garlic bagna cauda, pepper gel and cuttlefish ink crisp
  • Plin filled with Blu di Lities, served with pear and cardamom sauce.

It will be a journey through the history of two territories, that of the Valli di Lanzo and that of the Turin hills, very different, but with deeply rooted traditions and a true soul.

The cost of the tasting is €30.
