Spring has arrived on the tables of the Grand Hotel Ala di Stura! Saturday, April 18, a fresh, flavorful dinner awaits you with creative recipes that highlight seasonal vegetables and the great classics of the Valli di Lanzo gastronomic tradition, such as salame di turgia and toma del lait brusc. And of course, wild flowers will garnish several courses to fully celebrate the arrival of spring.
