We are in Balme, the last inhabited center of the Val d'Ala, and here, at 1,432 meters above sea level, the Brero family has decided to pursue a new project: producing quality organic beer and opening a brewery where you can taste it.
This is no ordinary beer: Pian della Mussa beer is made from a unique local resource—pure Alpine spring water—and from the expert care of those who live in this area every day.
