We are Sara and Stefano, and together, as in life, we run The Little Gallenga, a corner of taste in one of the most charming squares in the historic center of Lanzo.

This small, tasteful trattoria was founded with the intention of developing an excellent restaurant service in the Lanzo Valleys.

Stefano's realm is the kitchen, where he creates creative and innovative recipes using and showcasing local produce and local producers. His attention to seasonality is reflected in the frequent menu changes, which follow the weather and its seasons.

Attention to detail is also found in the dining room, with Sara's attentive service, always ready to advise you on the choice of dishes and wine, thanks to a rich selection of mountain wineries, with their heroic viticulture.
