In the splendid setting of Pian della Mussa, in Balme, Rifugio Ciriè has always been a point of reference for those wishing to enjoy a moment of relaxation in nature without sacrificing good food.

After a snowshoe hike in winter, you will be welcomed by the warmth of the indoor dining room, while in summer you can enjoy a regenerating break on the panoramic terrace, with a fantastic view of the surrounding peaks.

The Refuge offers two types of set menus: both include a selection of five appetizers of the day, followed by a choice of polenta with meat or a delicious first course. It is also possible to order à la carte, especially special off-menu dishes according to daily availability.

Here you can also find a rich selection of Pian della Mussa organic beers, both bottled and on tap. The flagship of the restaurant is the refined wine list, expertly curated by the manager Marco, featuring little-known foreign and Italian wines, such as Ruché and Pelaverga.

In summer, good cuisine and the promotion of local raw materials are joined by moments of musical entertainment and cultural exploration, while in winter the full moon dinners are not to be missed, which can also be attended via guided excursions.
