Inside the Rifugio Colle del Lys, a restaurant awaits you where you can enjoy a lunch or dinner dedicated to traditional mountain cuisine.
Here you can opt for a tasting menu featuring a selection of cured meats, the first course of the day, polenta made from ancient Piedmontese corn with sausage and stew, and finally a delicious homemade dessert. Alternatively, a rich à la carte menu will allow you to enjoy traditional Piedmontese recipes or creative reinterpretations of them.
The gastronomic offering of the Ristorante Rifugio Colle del Lys celebrates the iconic products of the Valli di Lanzo, such as Toma di Lanzo, Toma del Lait Brusc, and Salame di Turgia. Among other local excellences, you will also find Mompellato bread on the table—a mountain bread with an authentic flavor, produced in a small hamlet of the Lower Susa Valley reachable from Colle del Lys.
And to finish, you can conclude your meal with a taste of the exclusive herbal liqueurs made with blends selected by Livio, the refuge manager.
