Le Vigne
Experimental cuisine and attention to detail in Rubiana
A small restaurant located along the main street of Rubiana, Le Vigne is the perfect encounter between taste, aesthetics, and attentive hospitality.
Le Vigne was born from the passion for good food of Alberto, the owner, combined with his family background in catering: an intimate and welcoming corner of taste, where ancient spaces blend harmoniously with modern design and innovative, refined cuisine.
The building still passes down its history today: with their vaulted brick ceilings, these rooms once housed the first Sale e Tabacchi of Rubiana. Two small rooms, which hold a limited number of seats, make Le Vigne the ideal location for those who wish to pamper their palate with sophisticated dishes that revisit Piedmontese cuisine, and be pampered by a service that is refined and attentive to the customer's needs.
In addition to the à la carte menu, it is possible to choose between two tasting menus, one based on meat and the other on fish. Alberto's passion is revealed in the choice of ingredients, which speak of a close bond with the territory, as well as in the respect for the seasonality of raw materials.
This desire to continuously seek out new products also emerges in the rich wine list, which is constantly evolving and currently includes great Piedmontese wines, along with wines from Trentino, Aosta Valley, and Susa Valley, such as the autochthonous Baratuciat, while also nodding to Sardinian wines.
