Seasonal products and mountain cuisine at Rifugio Les Montagnards

In addition to his extensive experience in mountain hut management, Guido is also an excellent chef.

At Rifugio Les Montagnards, Guido and Antonella also offer a catering service to the general public, serving traditional Piedmontese dishes and more, using mostly typical seasonal products, often locally sourced.

Here you can choose between two tasting menus or a rich à la carte menu, with dishes that are always changing.

The themed dinners organized throughout the year to celebrate great traditional Piedmontese dishes, such as bollito, or to highlight seasonal ingredients, are not to be missed. And on the Sunday closest to Valentine's Day, it is a must to treat yourself to a snack fit for a king, featuring hot chocolate and homemade biscuits.

From December to March, during the full moon, it is also possible to organize dinners following a night snowshoe hike in the Vallone di Servin.
