Fresh air and genuine food at Rifugio Agrituristico Salvin

Since 1985, the Tomasino family has been offering refreshment to all guests at Rifugio Salvin, located in the Upper Tesso Valley at 1,580 m and accessible via unpaved road or pleasant trails.

Thanks to the agritourism activity, at Salvin you can enjoy excellent home cooking with traditional Piedmontese dishes. The fixed menu features local ingredients including cured meats, cheeses, butter, and bread produced directly at the refuge's farm.

The polenta concia is a must, with alpine toma cheese and artisanal butter, to be paired strictly with meats prepared with slow cooking in a wood-fired oven.

At the refuge you can also purchase some of the products tasted during your delicious breaks.
