Located in Coassolo T.se, Ristorante Della Valle tells a story of passion, dedication and sacrifice: this is the realm of Maurizio, a chef with thirty years of experience in the restaurant industry and numerous awards won, including the gold medal in food sculpture at the "Culinary World Cup – Expogast 2018".

After hotel management school, Maurizio worked between the Alps and the sea, but also abroad; then, after years, he decided to return to the Lanzo Valleys and open his restaurant.

Maurizio's cuisine combines technique and a great love for food. At Ristorante Della Valle you will find a refined menu, ranging from land to sea and whose flavors follow the course of the seasons. Here you can also enjoy excellent pizza.

For each dish you can let yourself be advised on the most suitable pairing thanks to the extensive wine cellar, featuring great Italian wines and also some Champagne.

Maurizio loves to experiment, which is why, in addition to homemade fresh pasta, he also produces ice cream for his desserts and artisanal panettone during the winter season.
