Torino and the Alps 2016 Festival – Beautiful music in villas, castles and sacred places

Twelve musical meetings will lighten up the Lanzo Valley summer so as to value the Valleys historic-architectural heritage, from villas to churches.

Each event will be characterized by a different kind of music in order to meet a wider public appreciation. The events will range from Baroque chamber music to contemporary, classical and jazz music.  From time to time the following players will be involved:
String trio;
Clarinet, viola and piano trio;
Wind quintet;
String quintet;
String and piano quintet.

Solo singers, dancers and cultural lectures, promoted by the Lanzo Valleys historic Society, will also support the various concerts. Side events will be related to the valley characteristic: taste itineraries and exhibit areas, so as to satisfy all customers. The visit to the historical villa will enable visitors to see the most significant rooms and receive correct information about the place.

The Festival is an important step in the territory promotion. It also helps building an experienced tourism, rich in emotions and discoveries of genuine places and landscapes. All of this will be accompanied by different music events and by the local wine and food excellence.
