Built in 1546 and incoporated into the Little House of the Divine Providence at the end of the 19th century, the chapel conserves admirable frescos attributed to the Martino Spanzotti school, which represent The Nativity, The Adoration of the Three Kings, Deposition from the Cross, Assumption of the Virgin Mary, and The Madonna on a throne with baby Jesus amid saints: on the left Saint Joseph and Saint John the Baptist: on the right Saint Micheal Archangel and Saint Sebastian.
The inhabitants of Lemie who commissioned the chapel are on the rear wall: the women on one side, the men on the other.
