A.N.I. School’s goal is to supply people wanting to try Nordic Walking with appropriate means to recover fitness and live in harmony with oneself and nature.
You will, then, have the opportunity to live a vacation characterized by your fitness, both physical and psychological, and to recover Man’s atavic needs of wide spaces, to confront with nature and to socialize.

Holiday hint
The program develops over 3 days, afternoon theoretical meeting (on the first day) included. On the occasion, Nordic Walking technique and benefits, according to ANI teaching progression 2 P/B, will be illustrated. The expression 2 P stands for Posture and Step, which are our technique cornerstones. The correct body posture compared to the environment and the step rightness during the walking. The expression 2 B stands for Arm and Pole. The correct use of the arm and pole allows the correct technical gesture. This is the prerequisite so as Nordic Walking practice expresses its full effectiveness in terms of health, prevention and well being.
On the 2nd and 3rd day, 2 hours lessons, according to ANI 2P/B technique, will take place in the morning. An afternoon walk may be requested.
The combination of this sport, according to personal rhythms, with local wine and food (without exceeding) will reward you with a relaxing and invigorating vacation. Without the daily life stress you will discover the territory traditions and values.
A minimum of 5 and a maximum of 10 people are required. The equipment (poles) rental is included. Sport flexible shoes, jumpsuit or comfortable multi-layer sport wear, according to the climate, are suggested. Eventually, it could be necessary a funny-pack, not a backpack.
