The structure is located downline of Ceres, on corporate land. It is a typical mountain building, obtained from an old stone mill, surrounded by the valley floor green, among woods and bilberry plantations. Two independent dwellings compose the structure: a studio apartment for four persons and a two-room apartment for six, both are fully equipped. The studio apartment is accessible to people with difficulties. A six persons equipped mountain hut at Alpe S. Giacomo is also available.
