Rifugio Colle del Lys is, just as in a fairytale, a wooden chalet in a beautiful scenic point. The restaurant offers dishes of the traditional Piedmont cuisine, prepared with typical products of the territory (pasture cheeses, “salame di turgia”, cornmeal mush made from typical Piedmont cornmeal ground in stone mills, cornmeal biscuits, Lanzo “torcetti”…). The Rifugio is located along the ski runs (cross-country skiing and baby snow park). It offers hikes within the Parco naturale del Colle del Lys. It is ideal for “dynamic, bracing and sports vacations”.
